FÉTIS Group announces the acquisition of Atantique Conception
Published on June 05, 2024
FÉTIS Group, a major player in the decarbonisation of machines and the energy transition for the Mobility, Energy and Industrial sectors, announces the signing of an agreement on 27 May to acquire the company ATLANTIQUE CONCEPTION, now called AC-TEC Solutions.
Under the leadership of David GOUIN, General Manager of CHABAS & BESSON and AM-TEC, AC-TEC Solutions will join the Group’s production division as a sister company to AM-TEC, specialising in mechanical welding and industrial sheet metal solutions.
This synergy will strengthen the Group’s ability to offer a broader range of products and services to its current and future customers.
For AC-TEC Solutions, this transaction will enable it to continue and develop its activities with FETIS Group companies. The company will continue to support its customers while expanding its offering by increasing its production capacity.
For FÉTIS Group, this acquisition aims to secure the future of AC-TEC Solutions’ activities and expertise, with the creation of synergies between the activities of AC-TEC Solutions and AM-TEC.
All jobs will be maintained. With the arrival of 31 new employees, FÉTIS Group is continuing to expand.
The takeover will enable the Group to respond more effectively to its customers’ needs, offering complete solutions in industrial sheet metal fabrication.
With its modern, high-performance production facilities, FÉTIS Group will be able to continue offering solutions through new product ranges.
The proximity of the production sites and teams, and the creation of synergies between the activities of AC-TEC and AM-TEC, will contribute to the Group’s success.
This acquisition will enable the Group to provide complete solutions to new and existing customers in metal fabrications.
